Gathering of the Fells
Rick and Lori founded the "Gathering of the Fells," an annual Fell Pony-only event dedicated to celebrating and advancing the Fell Pony breed in the heart of America, this unique event brings together Fell Pony owners from across the country for individual expert coaching, group learning, and the invaluable opportunity to connect with fellow enthusiasts who share the passion for these remarkable ponies.

The “Gathering of Fells” is a 4 day adventure in Fell Pony camaraderie, networking and practicing various methods suited for the training of a Fell Pony on groundwork and under saddle.
Open to Purebred or verified part bred Fell Ponies. Sorry – no other breeds will be allowed to participate in the Gathering
One Adult and Pony Gathering Fee of $325 includes:
(12 Lesson Slots offered) – TWO slots REMAIN as of June 6
*One Private Lesson (50 minutes)
*Auditing of all private lessons
*Participation in all group learning sessions.
*Dinner Thursday, Friday, Saturday evening
*Gathering gifts
One FULL Adult Gathering Auditing Fee of $140 includes:
(5 Slots offered) – TWO slots REMAIN as of June 6
*Auditing of all private lessons and group sessions Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
*Dinner Friday and Saturday Evening
If you choose to arrive Thursday night please let us know so we can include
you for dinner
*Gathering Gifts
ONE DAY Adult Gathering Auditing Fee - $40 includes:
(5 Slots offered) – FOUR slots remain as of June 6
*Auditing of all private lessons and group sessions for ONE day (Friday OR Saturday).
Day Auditing pass admission time will start with the
9:00 session and conclude after the last private lesson of the day.
If you desire to audit more than one day a Full Audit Slot is required
Dinner is NOT included with the one day option
* If you would like to join us for dinner; a small fee to cover your meal can be added to your pass for the day.
*Children under the age of 12 may participate with an adult at no charge – one child per adult attendee and name and age must be included with registration so we know they are attending with you. Children over the age of 12 will require an Adult Gathering Fee for admission (lesson or audit option)
* Due to the planning of meals and other details; please no “non registered Gathering guests”
are allowed to attend with a registered Gathering participant.
Please consult Lori if you have some special circumstances such as travel partners or spouses.
12 PRIVATE Lesson Slot Details:
Multiple Ponies per owner are welcome. One Adult Gathering Fee required then you may split your 50 minute lesson between multiple Fell Ponies if you desire
